The Nextplus Activate service will require the customer to turn off their phone and then insert the Nextplus GO SIM card into the phone’s SIM card tray (once the card has been inserted the customer can restart the phone). Once the SIM card has been inserted please make sure the Nextplus GO SIM card is installed and that the phone is connected to a WiFi service (please note that all calling and texting MUST be done with the Nextplus App). While it may be possible to use the built-in phone dialer on via the customers phone, it actually costs Nextplus more money to connect the call (therefore calling through the Nextplus app reduces the cost allowing Nextplus to sell the product to the customer at a discounted rate). Those who do not use the Nextplus app to make all calls will have their account suspended or terminated.
