- The ATT Reward Card service is set up for customers to activate or to check the balance on an ATT Reward Card they’ve received as part of an Internet or cell phone promotion
- To check the balance on an ATT Reward card or to set it up to be used for the first time, customers just need to enter the first four digits of their ATT Reward Card number and click the continue button
- The name on an AT&T Reward Card will be the same as the name that’s on the customer’s AT&T bill
There is an expiration date on all AT&T rewards cards. Rewards cannot be claimed after their expiration date, so once the card has expired, the funds are lost. AT&T Visa Reward Cards can be used for purchases anywhere Visa cards are accepted, including paying an AT&T bill. Customer should receive a reward notification letter within 30 days after their service was installed and activated.
How to check the status of an ATT Reward Card
Customers can check the status of their reward with the ATT Reward Center tracker, which is a timeline personal to each customer that shows where their reward is at each step of the way. Customers just log in to the AT&T Reward Center with their account number to check their status. ATT customers can also sign up for either e-mail or text alerts when they claim your reward, and AT&T will let them know when you they receive their rewards claim, when the AT&T reward is approved and when it is mailed out.
